1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our customer experience team processes it within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted.
2. Production & Origin
All Resspry mattresses are made to order to ensure the highest quality. To provide faster service across the country, we ship directly from our two strategic US warehouse locations:
East Coast Warehouse (NJ301): 301 Broadway, Jersey City, NJ 07306
West Coast Warehouse : 1683 Sunflower Ave Ste B, Costa Mesa, CA 92626
3. Shipping & Tracking
We partner with FedEx and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Tracking Number: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the next business day after the item departs our warehouse.
Update Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information and provide a more accurate delivery date.
Signature may be required for certain deliveries
4. Delivery Timelines
Resspry products usually arrive within 2–5 business days from the day your order is processed.
Please Note: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive on different days depending on your location and carrier routing.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to the Mainland United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
